Terms and Conditions for Forme Journeys
Welcome to Forme Journeys. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online platform and the services we provide, including bespoke travel planning, luxury excursions, corporate travel management, group tours, adventure travel, and cultural immersion experiences. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with Forme Journeys for any travel-related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.
2. Our Services
Forme Journeys specializes in providing comprehensive travel management and planning services across various categories:
- Bespoke Travel Planning: Custom itineraries tailored to your preferences.
- Luxury Excursions: Premium travel experiences with high-end accommodations and services.
- Corporate Travel Management: Efficient and organized travel solutions for businesses.

We act as an agent for various third-party suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation companies. Our role is to facilitate bookings and arrangements on your behalf. We do not own, operate, or control any of these third-party suppliers.
3. Booking and Payments
- Quotations: All prices quoted are subject to availability and may change until a booking is confirmed and full payment is received.
- Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your arrangements. The amount and due date will be specified at the time of quotation.
- Final Payment: Full payment is typically due a specified number of days before the travel departure date. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.
- Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as specified by our booking specialists.
- Pricing: Prices are generally inclusive of taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Any additional charges, such as baggage fees, resort fees, or local taxes, will be communicated to you where known.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Client Initiated Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees will apply and vary depending on the supplier's policies and the timing of the cancellation. Non-refundable deposits and charges for confirmed services are generally not recoverable.
- Supplier Initiated Cancellations: In rare instances, suppliers may cancel or significantly alter services. We will endeavor to find suitable alternatives or facilitate any refunds offered by the supplier. Forme Journeys is not liable for supplier cancellations beyond our control.
- Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the original payment method, minus any applicable cancellation fees or non-refundable portions. Processing times for refunds may vary.
5. Travel Documents and Requirements
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your traveling party hold valid passports, visas, health certificates, and any other necessary travel documents required for your chosen destination(s). Forme Journeys can provide general guidance but cannot be held responsible for any refusal of entry due to lack of proper documentation. We strongly advise checking with the relevant embassies or consulates.
6. Travel Insurance
Forme Journeys strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This insurance should cover cancellation, medical emergencies, unforeseen travel delays, lost luggage, and other potential travel-related incidents. We can offer assistance in obtaining travel insurance, but it remains your responsibility to ensure adequate coverage.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Forme Journeys acts as an agent only. We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any third-party suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.
- We accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or expense, including but not limited to, changes in travel itineraries, flight delays, missed connections, loss of luggage, or personal belongings, arising from acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, epidemics, pandemics, natural disasters, or any other events beyond our reasonable control.
- Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the services provided by Forme Journeys shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific travel services in question.
8. Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making bookings.
- You must disclose any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking that may affect your travel arrangements.
- You are responsible for reviewing all travel documents immediately upon receipt and notifying Forme Journeys of any discrepancies.
- You agree to abide by the rules and regulations of all third-party suppliers and the laws of the countries visited.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our online platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Forme Journeys or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
11. Amendments to Terms
Forme Journeys reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our online platform.
